"The essential guide for effective managers" is a great course from Marie Deveaux. The course focuses on Leading with strength, utilising available communication mediums to the best advantage, conducting one to ones effectively with your direct reports, hosting performance reviews, being aware of your management style and improving it etc. One of the key mantras she teaches in this course to execute adaptive leadership is a question intended for the team "How can i help you?", this I found really interesting. At times, as managers, we forget to have this seemingly easy empathy tool.
